The Maple Series is a traditional Gable (two-sided) roof design. It is an attractive solution to storage needs, but the decorative details make it a versatile addition to any landscape.
Product Specifications
- Available in a pre-cut kit , pre-fab package or professionally installed
- Standard sizes are 6’ x 8’, 8’ x 8’, 8’ x 10’ and 8’x 12’ – custom sizes are available
- Chalet Panel Siding (3/8” – vertical profile, natural must be stained or painted)
- Upgrade to Western Red Cedar or Canexel Maintenance Free Siding (horizontal)
- Natural Pine Wood Trim that must be stained or painted
- Western Red Cedar or Maintenance Free trim is available as an upgrade
- Features one single Barn Door – 36” x 72” , with ornamental T-Hinges, locking hasp and large pull handle (black finish)
- Other doors styles are available as upgrades
- One standard fixed window – 25” x 35” (Plexiglas), sizes 8′ x 12′ and larger feature two windows
- Window upgrades are available
- All models have kiln dried SPF 2″x4″ framing , on 16″ centers with double top plates
- The standard wall height is 6 ft 5” – you can upgrade to taller walls
- All models 8′ x 12′ and larger feature two windows
- Rafters are typically 22 – 24″ on centre
- The standard roof overhang is 6” all around, featuring solid wood soffits
- Extra roof overhang is available as an upgrade
Optional Floor Package
- Heavy Duty Pro-Struct pre-finished 5/8” sheathing – tongue and groove
- Pressure treated 2” x 4” joists on 16” centers
- Pressure treated 2” x 6” floor runners
