We looked around at all the big-box stores and then spoke to shed builders. After we looked at the quality of the work and we compared the specification we went with Shed Village.

Their service was really good. We visited their showroom and within half an hour, detailed what we wanted, got the price and signed the deal. Then the shed came and it made all of our expectations.

Vic phoned while he was making it, and kept in touch with us and gave direction on some guidance for
the foundations. His installation guy was really super and could answer any question that needed to be addressed. They came back the next day and Vic phoned up the day after the install to see if we were happy; so they kept in touch with us during the whole build.

Everybody comments about how nice it looks, it’s practical, and we can get everything in that we want as well. This is a 12 by 8 shed in cedar with shingles. It has a pedestrian door on the front and it’s got a door on the side for our ride on lawn more to drive in. It comes complete with all the nice things, like little shutters on it and the flower boxes. All the things help to make it a little bit more decorative rather than just a functional box stuck in the corner.

You know you can get a good price… but if you don’t get the workmanship that you want then that’s not any good. We got the whole package – good customer service, good product and something that we’re happy with.

Shed village was referred to me by a friend of mine. I made a phone call to Shed Village and Vic came out, it couldn’t have been easier. We spent the morning together going through a couple of different plans. As well looking at a few photos and a look at the site plan. Vic made sure to check everything in different times regarding the sunlight.

Shed Village built that cabana and they built this pump shed. I gave them a clean slate to work on and three days later this is the product that I’m left with, and it’s awesome. I had a change order after I ordered the shed, and that’s usually an opportunity for a contractor when a change order comes in to up the price by double what it’s really worth, not Vic!

Dave arrived on time – this guys at true craftsman. He cuts a straight line every time which is unbelievable, I can’t say enough about his craftsmanship. He exceeded my expectations in terms of a finished product and the price was right on point. I was going to go with somebody that was referred to me, for sure. I went to the competition and I wasn’t too pleased with the way they treated me. The customer service I was requesting, was to look at some of the sheds. When no one took me out to take a look at them or give me information on them. They just basically passed me a brochure and told me to help myself, so I wasn’t too thrilled with the competitions customer service.

Shed Village helped us choose a few of the options for the interior. They put the cedar on the inside, the rafters are done with cedar too. We through a little beer fridge in there with a ice maker. We looked through a lot of the testimonials and the type of work he did (Vic @ Shed Village)… and there wasn’t anything that was exactly what we wanted. So we went see the showroom.

Once we got out there and we met with Vic. Chris started to talk to him about what we wanted, because it’s a little bit different than his regular product. As much as they focus on providing out of the box shed designs we wanted something that was more custom and I was pretty particular in what I was looking for.

I found some pictures online and sent them to Vic and he kind of put the all the pieces together, and it turned out great! The whole idea was we wanted a pool cabana somewhere that the kids could use as a
washroom and as a change room; to have a living room, a bar, and sometimes even work out there.

What I like most about shed village was definitely the small touches, the communication back and forth
with Vic and I, and then with Dave(the builder) and I.

I’d say my favorite thing about shed villages is, even though we designed it on paper, once we started to really see it, we wanted to make some tweaks and changes. The guys that were up here were really helpful and amenable for it. So they’d make the little changes as we went along and and now it turned out great.

We would absolutely recommend shed village. They were great value and they did great work, high quality and all our neighbors have come over to compliment us on it.

Was extremely pleased with the look and quality of our new Pavilion. The initial consultation with Vic was excellent as he showed us the best design and size for our backyard. Jay and Shevin did a great job of building even in the cold!

We were looking for a quality contractor to build and install our gazebo. Shed Village helped us through the process of specifications, visiting a reference site, addressing our questions, etc. to our full satisfaction. They built the gazebo off-site for most part, installed it on site within agreed timelines and with excellent quality and results. The quality of material, service, workmanship, etc. was excellent and we are very happy with the project. Vic Maia has always been responsive, great to work with. The installer (Dave) was beyond exceptionally good in his quality of work and thoroughness. We highly recommend Shed Village!

Shed Village was great to work with! I did the kit option and built it on my own. The shed looks great and the customer service was awesome. I was missing a piece in my kit--Vic from Shed Village personally delivered it to my house in Oakville on Monday of a holiday long weekend--What other company would do this?? The service truly stands out and the shed looks awesome and is very functional.
